Double room for Rent Knowle

Double bedroom

Hi,

We're Joe and Alex, we have a large double room available to rent in knowle (Photo's soon to follow). The house is large and spacious and has been filled with a lot of our own stuff over the last year. Our current housemate is moving out so we are looking for a replacement so we can stay at the property. There is a large living room, a reasonable kitchen that is well stocked with pans and plates but pelase dont hesitate to bring your own. There is a patio garden out back and a double garage plus driveway, the garage is currently taken up by both my car and motorbike, and Alex's car. There are two bathrooms and one shower. Rent is £1750 split three ways, with the addition of bills we all pay around £735 each per month.

As for myself and Alex, we try to keep the place clean and tidy and would definitely appreicate someone who is inclined to keep the place to a similar standard to help with this. I spend most of my weekday evenings climbing or reading and typically get back later in the day because of my work. Alex is home a bit earlier and likes to unwind in a variety of ways from xbox games to working on his car. We are both mechanically inclinded so there will often be car or motorbike parts around but that means we have a well stocked tool set! We typically take a night per week to cook for the house, you wont be expected to join this but youre more than welcome to pick a day and join in!
