1 bedroom in large 2 bed flat

Large double bedroom in ground floor flat in Cotham / Redland area of Bristol. Large lounge / dining room. Bedroom comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers but no bed.

I work in creative & climate comms so very interested in all things creative, sustainability and environmental. I'm vegetarian but don't mind living with a meat-eater as long as everything is cleaned properly. I smoke but only ever outside of the flat.

Close to whiteladies road, the downs, and equidistant to both redland train station and clifton downs train station. Only a 45 minute walk to temple meads station and 30 mins to town. Bus routes on Whiteladies road too. Great location!

Looking to live with someone with somewhat similar interests, who is clean, tidy and down for a cuppa or maybe the odd shared meal. Generally expect an equal splitting of chores and house upkeep but defo not militant as I know life can get busy, I just like living in a space where everyone pulls their weight and takes responsibility.

Home is peaceful so no afters or parties, but I do like to host the odd dinner party and have friends over to chill, keeping the party outside of the flat. Its a mostly residential road with only a few student properties so it has a very community-feel vibe. The neighbours are all lovely.

I am often out of the house working or volunteering at community projects. I go running and to the gym too, but love being at home either crafting or writing particularly in the colder months. I really enjoy cooking and want to get into more food-based activities like fermenting and pickling. There's no garden but I like to see what i can grow in boxes along the outside of the flat.

There might be space for indoors bike storage as well as where I keep mine, I am sure we could rearrange some furniture to make it work!
