Sadly our housemate will be moving out next month, so we are looking for a new flatmate / professional for a move in date of 24th July (12mo).
This flat is in a great location and the room is a good sized double. Our preference is a female-only household, and especially interested in someone who does not WFH all week, but welcome any interest 😊
A little about us:
We are Christina (26y/o) and Louise (28) and have lived together for about a year now. I work as a data scientist and Louise is a work coach.
We like to do things as a house but also really enjoy some quiet alone time, so looking for someone similar. A chilled pub eve / odd day trip / walk / low-key gig / swimming in clevedon etc
Cosy, clean and calm is the vibe. We would to share with someone else who is considerate of the flat, and friendly.
** THE FLAT **
The bedroom is unfurnished, so you can make it your own and is a really good size. The bathroom is large and will be shared with 1 other person.
There is outdoor bike storage with cctv you may also use.
Upstairs there is a large modern open plan livingroom and kitchen, with wide doors onto a large balcony. It's filled with lots of natural light and looks onto clifton and the suspension bridge / clock towers. Particularly impressive during the balloon fiesta!!
We do have a parking space shared between the flat.

Bills are split equally between the 3 of us. It's a well-insulated energy efficiency 'A' rated flat so we have never really had to put the heating on. This is roughly how much each come to:
