Looking for a flat mate in southville

Hey, we’re Anna and Bea, and we’re looking for someone to join our houseshare in Southville.

We have a very small but cozy single room up for grabs in our lovely house. It’s just a quick 10-minute cycle to Bristol city centre, with big supermarkets close by and plenty of pubs and restaurants to explore.

A bit about us: we’re both young professionals working the usual 9-5, and we’re hoping to find someone on a similar schedule. We love cooking, spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, and keeping busy. We’d love to share our home with someone who enjoys the occasional house dinner and being part of a friendly, relaxed household.

The house is bright and airy, with a big garden and outdoor space. The kitchen is spacious, perfect for cooking up a storm, and there’s a comfy living area that gets lots of natural light. There are two bathrooms, including one with a bath/shower. Just a heads-up—the photos are from before we moved in, so the decoration has changed a bit.

The available room faces the garden and has a small desk. The built-in cupboard in the room houses the boiler, so we’ve converted a cupboard in the hallway into your wardrobe. It’s a much smaller room compared to the others, and the price reflects that.

We’re flexible on the rental terms—whether you’re looking for something long-term, a place for a couple of months while you figure things out, or even just a Monday-to-Friday rental.

The rent is £333 per month, with bills (water, council tax, Wi-Fi, gas, and electricity) coming to £113.49 per month. It’s a bit of a bargain!
