Sunny Double Room in Great Location in Southville

A nice, comfortable double room in a shared house, available from end of October (I’m moving for work). The house is geared to young professionals: sociable, relaxed, clean, respectful. We like to hang out (pubs, dinners, etc.) but also respect each other’s space.

You’ll have use of:

All standard appliances (kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, etc.)

You will share a bathroom with two other girls.

The room has a very nice large window, and lovely comfortable double bed. There is a wardrobe and two sets of drawers.

Loft space (for storage or extra use)

All utilities & bills included (gas, electric, water, internet)

Parking: possibly available (subject to other flatmates’ use) — limited spots

We’d love someone who is friendly and sociable (pub nights , occasional get-togethers), but also tidy, considerate, and respectful.

About Us
We’re a mix of young professionals (in Bristol already or relocating). We keep the house clean and pleasant, take turns with chores, and enjoy both social evenings and quiet downtime. We also like to go to pub quizzes if that's your thing!

Location & Local Amenities
Great location in Southville / Bedminster (BS3 area) — well connected and with loads to offer:

North Street: lots of independent cafés, bars, restaurants, shops — The Tobacco Factory, The Spotted Cow, etc.

Right next to Lidl and Tesco, and an Aldi round the corner

Greville Smyth Park right nearby, for green space, walks, relaxing.

Transport:
Bedminster rail station is local (on the Bristol–Exeter line)

Good bus routes via North Street into the city centre & beyond

Easy walking / cycling distance to the centre
