Sunny double room in tidy, easy-going house. Monday - Friday only.

Would suit professional working in the city centre, Temple Meads or east Bristol. Short or long lets considered. Sunday evenings possible, too. Available to females only.

About the room:

The room is quiet and light, at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It’s a small double, furnished with a single wardrobe, double bed with under bed storage, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside table.

About us:

We’re a friendly professional couple, aged 32 and 36. We’re not party animals but like to go out occasionally on the weekends. We cook most evenings and enjoy climbing, gardening and craft. We have two cats who don’t understand personal space - so it’s best you’re ok with this!

The house:

The house is Victorian, renovated a few years ago. We’ve got a large kitchen with a dishwasher and all the utensils under the sun, as well as broadband, garage for your bike, a clean bathroom and a flower-filled garden which enjoys the evening sun. There’s on street parking right outside. We keep the house clean and tidy.

The area:

We’re in St Annes, in between St George and Brislington, 2 miles from Temple Meads station (a 10 minute cycle) It’s a quiet residential area, with a Co-Op 10 mins walk away and a Sainsbury’s 5 mins drive away. You can catch the bus to town (20 mins), walk (50 mins) or better still, cycle in 12 minutes!
