* 1.6 miles to Southmead hospital

Westbury-on-Trym:
Often described as a "village" within the city of Bristol due to its strong community spirit, village-like atmosphere, and charming character.

Across the road, you can find the convenience of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in a quiet and safe area.

Green Spaces and Parks:
It's well-placed for access to green spaces, including Canford Park, Blaise Castle Gardens, and Durdham Downs.

About the home:
Large lounge with plenty of seating, dining table, plenty fridge space, washer/dryer, WiFi, downstairs toilet.
The bathroom would mostly be yours.
