We are looking for a friendly, tidy person to join our house. The room available is a large, sunny, first floor room.
The house is a short walk to town, train station and hospital.
Home gym equipment including free weights, bench press and resistance bands.
There is one room available, the difference in price accounts for Monday to Friday or 7 day let:
£400pcm for Monday to Friday
£475pcm for 7 days a week.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer shared with one other
Big living room with comfy sofa, TV, sky TV inc sports, high speed internet and dining table.
Double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, dressing table, draws and bed side table. More furniture can be provided on request.
All bills are included.
Current housemates , friendly, non smoking young professionals plus two rabbits
Unfortunately we cannot accept couples and we are only looking for female tenants at this time.
