Hi and welcome!

I am looking to provide short or long term furnished accommodation in my lovely detached home.

While I am offering the double room, you will have the whole house to yourself more often than not, due to my work schedule.

What you get:
Double bed with bedside table
Large dresser with mirror (alongside a full length wall mirror)
Large chest of drawers
Master bathroom next door all to yourself; including Jacuzzi bathtub
Use of living, dining, kitchen and utility spaces, also the bright sunny conservatory
Summerhouse for tea in the rain and lounging in the hammock during a pleasant day
Third bedroom is a day-room / reading room for that good book!
Quiet street with parking on the driveway

Strictly working Professionals only; a great location for those wanting to travel by train into London.
Couples will be considered on an individual basis, and rent will be increased accordingly to account for higher bills.

Please: Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in any part of the indoor property (including garage and summerhouse); i. e. outdoor garden area only
