Room with bathroom & parking next to train station

A large single room with sole use of large bathroom and allocated secure parking, right next to Aylesbury train station and a few minutes walk to Aylesbury town centre.

There is a large lounge/diner with cotswolds company furniture and Juliet balcony, and a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and plenty of cupboard space. All kitchen crockery/utensils/cooking equipment etc are provided but you are free to bring your own if you wish.

There is also attic space available for storage and you are free to use the storage/cupboards around the flat if you wish.

The room has a single bed (duvet and pillows provided), chest of drawers, desk, bed side tables and modular wardrobe. It also has its own French doors to a Juliet balcony.

There is a very large communal patio/garden.

There is allocated, gated secure parking with coded entry for 1 vehicle.

All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, internet. There is also a large TV in the lounge with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

You will need to tidy up after yourself but I am in the process of finding a cleaner to come every other week, who would clean your room and bathroom.

I have no preferences on a flat mate (outdoor smokers and pet owners are welcome). I have a 1 year old Bichon Maltese dog so you would need to be okay with having a small dog around and I am open to all pets if they get on with my dog.

I work full time with a mixture of home and office working, and I am open to students or professionals with any work/study pattern. I am also open to UC claimants.

Full time students or anyone who is not liable for council tax will receive a £35/month discount on rent.
