We have 2 very large rooms in a friendly shared house. Both are available now. Could be an opportunity for 2 friends to move into the same house.

The house is a 10 minutes walk from Aylesbury town centre, not far from the college with a local shop very close.

The downstairs room was fully refurbished recently with new flooring, new curtains and completely redecorated. There is a fridge/freezer in the room for your exclusive use. and it has a view of the front garden.
The second upstairs room is also vary large with its own fridge.

The rent for both rooms is £450 per month, £104 per week. The deposit is the same as the rent but read below about Zero Deposit option.

For these rooms there is also the option of Zero Deposit when tenant pays just one week's rent for insurance policy instead of a full deposit. You will need to pass basic referencing to qualify. Please ask for further details if you're interested.

Each room is for a single professional tenant. We require references. Sorry no couples. The existing tenants are 3 males and females are welcome.

There is a modern large kitchen/diner with table and chairs, fridge freezer, extra fridge, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a cloakroom with a second WC downstairs.

Smoking only permitted outside. There is a weekly cleaner. There are gardens front and back with a gardener employed in the season.

High speed internet access and all bills included. The house is licensed to long term professional landlords who are recommended by tenants at the house.
