I have a lovely double room available for rent in my house, recently refurbished and furnished - its ready to go.
Although not en-suite itself the room would have near exclusive use of the family bathroom (I've got my own en-suite). The bathroom has also just been fully refitted and now has a large bath as well as a power shower.
The house is situated in a quiet development with plenty of parking on the road however there is also a spare parking space on the drive in front of the house.
Aylesbury train station and town centre is a brisk 15 minute walk away, Fairford Leys is also a very short car journey so there are lots of local amenities.
I'm generally a clean and tidy person who is easy going, ideally i'm looking for someone the same. I work from home most of the time but I do travel a fair bit also.
