Double sized room to rent in Bletchley

I'm currently renting a 2 bedroom flat in Bletchley. My housemate has moved out so there is a double-sized room available to rent from the beginning of January 2017 for at least 6 months.

Property and room details:
- £450 pcm rent (excluding bills)
- Monthly bills are no more than £130 each (covering electricity, gas, internet, council tax and TV license)
- There will be referencing fees as well as a security deposit of £623.10 to pay at the beginning of the tenancy
- 6 month contract subject to referencing by estate agent
- Conveniently located across the road from Bletchley train station which is 4 mins from Milton Keynes Central station and 45 minutes from London Euston station
- The flat is on the first floor. Sadly, there is no balcony BUT the "patio-style" doors open inwards (see photos) which is nice in summer. There's a railing on the outside for safety.
- The room is unfurnished but the previous tenant is selling/leaving behind a king-sized bed and two bedside tables, all for £200 or nearest offer
- You'll have your own bathroom and full access to the shared living and kitchen areas (these are furnished with sofa, TV, dining table, kitchen appliances - including a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space)
- There is also a small storage cupboard
- A parking space is available

Despite the start-up fees this is a really nice property. It's nearly three years old and is in great condition and in a brilliant location.

I'd like the replacement housemate to be a young sociable professional who is tidy and chilled out.

My interests: Pub quizzes, films, food, running, swimming fitness and eating.
