5-night rental pw - Superb setting, Bourne End

Please note that this let is a five-night rental a week only but happy with Sunday to Thursday if preferred (there was no option to tick!). Parking provided overnight only.

This spacious and comfortable large Victorian semi detached house is situated in a quiet side road off the village centre with a three minute walk to Bourne End and a two minutes' walk to the river and marina.

The bedroom has a quiet double-aspect which overlooks the garden and is fully furnished with a 'small double' bed, chest of drawers, two fitted wardrobes (one with shelves), a chair and a bedside table. TV and stand is provided with an independent HD Sky+ box.

Next door to the room, there is a bathroom with shower/bath and WC. There is also the use of kitchen/diner/conservatory with a TV and garden.

I have my daughter and her little dog staying occasionally so maybe my home is more suited to someone with a love of dogs.

Bourne End sits in the M4/M40 corridor and Heathrow is a 25 minutes' drive east and Oxford 50 minutes' drive west. The Bourne End train connects in Maidenhead with fast commuter links to London Paddington (in as little as 35 minutes) or the Elizabethan Line which connects to the City. Reading is a 15 minutes' train ride in the opposite direction.

High Wycombe and Beaconsfield also have excellent stations for commuters to London Marylebone in as little as 23 minutes.

There is also a good bus service to all directions from Bourne End village.

This is an ideal base for a person wanting 5 nights a week at £150 pw.
