Hello there, I am renting my double room for 1 person (no couples).

Double bed
White desk with chair
Bedside table & side lamp
Triple wardrobe
Large wall mirror

Guarantor will be required.
1 month deposit £700.00 and 1 month rent £700.00 to be paid up front at signing.
(Deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy, providing no damages).

The house is based in a lovely area in Bow Brickhill - Milton Keynes.

Local Bar/Restaurant near by, Train Station near by taking you to London, highstreet within walking distance, bus routes into town and a 5 min drive to A5 and M1.

The house backs on to a large woodland, lovely opportunity to walk in nature, though also close to local shopping centres; Bletchley, Kingston and CMK.
Driving routes to Bletchley, Cranfield, Bedford, Northampton, Luton and Leighton Buzzard all within 10-30mins.

The house is clean, looking for a tidy person who appreciates that also.
Shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen and garden.
Parking for car/bike.
