Hi! I’m Yash (26M). An alumnus of the University of Buckingham. I work for a law firm in London. Hybrid working - so will be commuting on some days but wfh on others. It’s a very large house with 4 rooms on the first floor; 2x study in the ground floor along with spacious shared living and kitchen areas. You will have your privacy and space. But also opportunity and space to mingle with your housemates and any friends you may choose to invite.

All rooms will come equipped with large built-in wardrobes, bed, desk and a chair.

All kitchen equipment installed along with washer/dryer and dishwasher. You will have designated storage space in the kitchen.

You will have access to all common areas of the house except for the garage. The living space has a smart TV with Netflix and Prime. Perfect for the evenings and movie nights.

Large Garden - you are welcome to host parties in the garden during spring/summer with prior notice to the Landlord. But please be respectful of the neighbours.

All bills included in the rent. Rent advertised is for singles only. Couples are welcome to enquire but rent will be higher than advertised.
