Large double room and lounge in village location

We are a professional couple who have a large double room for single occupancy with a separate lounge/office in a detached house and in a quiet village 3 miles from the market town of Buckingham.
Bicester and Brackley are 20mins by car, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Banbury 25 - 30 minutes, Oxford and Northampton 40 minutes, easy links to M40 and M1.
Well equipped kitchen with sole use of a full size fridge.
Both rooms will be cleaned each week and the bed changed fortnightly.
We have a well behaved dog and cat. We also have three chickens, lots of fresh eggs! Front and back gardens are there for you to use. There is plenty of off road parking at the front of the house. Broadband and
all bills are included.
Waitrose, Tesco, Aldi & Lidl are in Buckingham along with some very good restaurants and Pubs. Beautiful walks around the village and easy cycling to Buckingham and beyond. We are a quiet, friendly couple who have rented our room for many years to professionals working in the Buckinghamshire area.
