Double room available in beautiful cottage

I have one double room available in a beautiful cottage in Chalfont St Giles. Chalfont St Giles is the perfect location for someone who wants more of a work/life balance. The village is full of small pubs and cafes and surrounded by countryside but under 10 minutes away from Chalfont & Latimer station and Chorleywood station- both stations are on the national railway straight into Marylebone and are on the metropolitan line.

The cottage itself is full of character. There is a shared living room with a fireplace which I love to use in winter. There is also large dining room which is perfect for having friends/family over for dinner. There is a bathroom that you would share with the other occupant. The shower has really good pressure and there is a claw-foot tub for you to relax in after a long day at work.

There is also a garden that I recently got re-paved. It's full of flowers and has a large beer-garden style table which is great for sitting out in the garden on sunny days.

In the cottage there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a freezer for you to use.

There is also parking just opposite the cottage on a side road.

For the double room it is £480PCM. All bills are paid with wireless broadband.
