Hello! My partner just moved in and have a spare double bedroom available to rent :) we’re hoping to rent to either a student or a young professional.

The room features one built in cupboard and we have a stackable IKEA bed with mattresses (hardly used) available.

There are 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs)

We’re both working professionals and have a sweet quiet and very friendly Maltese dog who’s 2 years old.

The house is 9 minutes walk away from Chesham Station
Tescos express across the road
Sainsbury’s
Waitrose
Restaurants and cafes all walking distance

We like to keep our spaces clean and tidy

We’re looking for someone who knows how to pick up after themselves and is respectful when it comes to using the kitchen.
