Large Spacious Double Room with friendly house!

After 2 and a half years I am moving out of my Spacious Double bed room in the heart of Gerrards Cross high street.

You will be living with 3 amazing girls who are sociable friendly and love a laugh but equally respect one another’s
Privacy. The odd movie night and drink is always on the cards should you wish!

My room is the largest of the 4 and on the first floor along with a toilet, the kitchen and extremely large lounge/dining room. On the second floor is the main shower/bathroom and the 3 other double rooms.

The room is available from 7th April but however can be discussed to arrange something sooner if needed.

Walking distance from station with direct links to London, a large tescos and other amenities. Parking also available further down the road.

Skype viewings to be arranged now. The furniture in the room are purchased from the girl I took over from and will be looking at a set price for it all (bed side table, double bed, large 6 chest drawer and a double wardrobe)

Bills are not included however it works our around £500 a month all in.
