Large double room. - size 4m by 4m very approx, for single person sharing household. Short let for about half year depending as house letting is being wound down. Successful applicant likely to actually practice and want to embrace correct recycling processes as outlined by local Council’s ever more stringent recycling policies and not be one to contaminate waste bins with incorrect inappropriate and or banned waste material, and conduct weekly waste bin management etc etc properly and equally amongst themselves. (I. E. put the waste bins out uncontaminated.) as failure to do so will result in person being asked to leave. Sharing costs (all bills). Bills registration and bills payment shared equally among the number of housemates signed up to share house.
