Charming self contained annexe of my 500 year old stone wall thatched cottage family home in the heart of historic Hanslope village.

Downstairs ground floor consists of two reception rooms, kitchen with washing machine, brand new electric oven and under-counter fridge and good cupboard storage. A separate recently updated shower room contains electric shower, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs comprises one double bedroom with lots of old timbers and ancient Cruck frame over the sleeping area.

There is a front door directly off the Market Square and rear door to Gold Street. There is plenty of parking available in the market Square which also has a bus stop with services to Northampton, MK and surrounding areas.

The cottage is let as "part furnished" on initial 6 months minimum agreement.

Downstairs reception rooms are small but feature-filled with stone walls, lots of woodwork and oak beams, pretty salmon pink carpet and original Inglenook fireplace feature but the wooden ceilings are quite low so would not suit anybody much over 6ft tall.
Furniture provided includes comfortable cream leather sofa and armchair, several chests of drawers, dining table and chairs and wood glass display unit.

Hanslope is a peaceful village surrounded by countryside and only 10mins drive to Wolverton rail, 15 minutes to Central MK rail, 15 mins to M1 J14 and 15mins to Northampton, therefore ideally suitable for commuting to London or north. Hanslope Park is a 1 mile drive or 15 minute walk.

Local amenities within 5 minutes walking distance include a superb traditional family Butcher, Spar grocery store and Post Office, local GP surgery, Newsagent, two Pubs, a Chinese takeaway, a recreational Park. two Churches, Hanslope Primary School, and Village Hall. There is also a local bus service with a stop just outside in the Market Square
