The room has recently been redecorated and re-carpeted. Built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Smokers are okay but in the garden please. All bills and high speed broadband included. Good phone reception area. Kitchen is all fitted out with everything for cooking, utensils etc. Washing/Dryer machine. Dishwasher. Fridge Freezer. The bathroom has a bath and fitted shower. South facing garden at rear. I’m generally quite a clean/tidy person. Good neighbours. I’m easy going and friendly. Professional job. I like sport and all kinds of music. I have a garage. I may be able to store a reasonable amount of things if it’s helpful.
