This could be your home away from home.

We have a bright, sunny, double room to rent in our clean, tidy and quiet home. The room is suitable for a professional female and is available for single occupancy only.

We are a friendly family and will welcome you into our home. I have a son and 2 daughters, all currently living away from home. One daughter will return in December and the other is a police officer and often visits. I work from home most of the week. There are no children or pets in the house.

You will share the kitchen and living room with us and will have sole use of the main bathroom most of the time. This has the only bath in the house which we may need to use occasionally.

Our kitchen has a whole host of equipment at your disposal. We can supply all bedding, towels, cleaning materials etc.

We are able to provide desk space/working area in our dining room.

We are a 20 minute walk from High Wycombe train station and 25 from the town centre. Bus stops along the London Road are 5 minutes away (10 minutes back up the hill). A car parking space can be allocated.

The room can be viewed after 3rd August.

It is available to rent from 4th September.

We're happy to consider a Mon to Fri (Or Sun night to Fri morning) arrangement. Maybe you work in the area and go to your own home or stay with family or friends at weekends. For 5 nights, as mentioned above, the monthly rent will be £425. You would not need to remove your possessions every weekend. For 7 nights it will be £600 per month.
