Hello potential housemates,
We are looking for a professional or mature student. It's a friendly household and an easy going atmosphere. We all have our own lives but do like to socialise together sometimes or share a bottle of wine when having a quiet night in.
We have a room to rent in central High Wycombe, 15 mins walk from the Eden shopping centre and 2 mins walk from the train station. We are 1 girl & 2 guys. It's a nice terrace house.
The rent is £510pcm plus bills which are circa £130-£150pcm including a cleaner for the communal areas every 2 weeks. The deposit is 5weeks rent which is held in the government run Deposit protection scheme.
