I have a spacious double room available in a unique, Victorian style 2 bed flat, located in a quiet residential area opposite the Rye Park. Viewing is highly recommended!

Move in date is 14th October 2025.

Situated conveniently close to High Wycombe train station and Wycombe town center - both each less than a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop just outside of the property too as well as the Rye Park. Everything you'd need is on your doorstep.

- All communal areas are fully furnished, including TV, microwave, and washing machine.

- The room comes unfurnished, but does have a large wardrobe and chest of draws.

- Bills - council tax, electric, broadband is not included in the rent. Council tax band is C . On average, bills come to £180 pcm +/-

I am a female, 33 years old working professional who occupies the second room and looking for a new flatmate. I'm friendly, clean and socialble, but equally respectful of space. I would preferably love to share the flat with a someone likeminded.

I work from home for most of the week but occasionally travel into the office.

The available room and rest of the flat is super spacious with lots of storage. It is a very unqiue and quiet building.
