Are you looking for a home not just a room?

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room in a spacious, gorgeous (in my opinion) 2 bed flat. My preference is to have someone interested in a long stay as I don't want people in and out to be honest so I'm looking for a minimum stay of 12 months. I am happy to discuss this if you need to be flexible around this. I'll also consider mon -fri. The room can be furnitured or unfurnitured, you just need to let me know, with enough notice, prior to moving in :). There is off street parking so there should always be a space if you drive. It's a quiet area, with various parks, bus routes and also walkable into town centre/train station. My neighbours are really friendly too! I'm always avaliable for a open conversation on any needs or requests you have, just flag if you need to.

My ideal housemate will be tidy, clean, respectful and definitely up for a laugh. I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind if I pinch some of their butter if I run out (I joke but what i mean is someone who is chilled).

I am laid back about most things however everyone has something that can be annoying. So, what's mine? I am abit (a lot) of a clean/ no clutter freak so will be looking for you to tidy and clean up after yourself as you go.

I have an active social life, so nights/days out are definitely on the cards if you fancy it and I also often have friends over for a night in, on the couch with a takeaway. I'm very happy to host too, should you want to do the same!

I work long hours so I do cherish my own space at home, especially in the week, and can and often do resort to my bedroom (bed) after work. So you'll need to be able to respect that!

Sometimes I dogsit our family western highland terrier who is lovely by nature and amazing at cuddles if you need a pick me up!
