The garden has all been landscaped recently with a new patio area, and a large grass area. All secure with a gate and fenced all around. The garden receives sun all day long. The front garden has been block paved and has ample space for parking 2 cars.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, a washing machine and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped.
