Double room in luxury house with large garden

Hello! Looking for an easy-going housemate (or temporary lodger) in a spacious, beautifully presented 3-bedroom house in Richings Park (Iver).

Freshly decorated, including new super-soft carpets, and has a very large garden which overlooks a field (with some lovely horses in it.)

I am a live-in landlady, and I travel a lot for both work and pleasure, therefore it would be ideal for someone who is happy to cohabit, but would also appreciate having  decent amount of time with the house to themselves. Great internet, and plenty of space to do the work-from-home thing.

Easy access to the city, as its an 8 minute walk to Iver train station, but semi-rural vibes. The best of both worlds! Also close to Heathrow airport (but NOT under the flight path). There is a great pub in spitting distance, 2 golf courses, local shops, canal walks/running track; Black Country and Langley Country park also nearby.

On offer is a spacious double room with an ottoman bed and wall-to wall fitted wardrobes (so plenty of storage space)  There is a full bathroom upstairs plus a shower/WC room downstairs - so no fighting over shower times. Common areas include a large open plan kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with comfy sofas, a well stocked drinks trolly and large TV.

A bit about me: 36 year old marketing director from the UK, I work from London once or twice a week but the rest of the time work at home. But as mentioned I travel a lot, which is why I'd love a second person in the house. Hobbies and interest include golf, skiing/snowboarding, football, photography, and general outdoor pursuits. I am very sociable, but do like my downtime too so would get on best with someone similar to that.
