Split-level spacious flat on White Lion road, within walking distance to both Little Chalfont and Amersham.

The flat is ideally close to several pubs and also plenty of woods and fields. Easy access to London via the Metropolitan and Chiltern lines. Parking spaces are always available too.

The flat is ex-council, but the entire block is very well kept and neighbours are lovely!

After lockdown I am now moving back into my own flat in June, and looking for a friendly flatmate to live with me. I work part-time, and also own my own art business so I split my time between the office, my studio and my flat.

Flexible with individual people's situation - for example, I don't allow smoking in the flat, but if it's kept outside then I don't mind if you're a smoker. Similarly, with pets if it's house trained and won't disturb the neighbours then I am happy to consider!
