Large double bedroom available in a luxury detached house in Little Kimble (4: miles to Aylesbury / 10 miles to High Wycombe / 20 miles to Oxford). The room is quite large with drawers and hanging space. There is also a 43" 4k TV.

Please note....This is for Weekdays only, ie Mon through to Thursday nights. so it's for somebody working away from their regular home and needing somewhere to stay mid-week. If it's a seven day let you are looking for this is not for you (or us).

There is safe secure driveway parking to the front of the house with security gate.

The bathroom is also impressively large and modern with Duravit high specification fittings. It's not ensuite but adjacent to the bedroom and would be solely for your use.

Underfloor heating to both.

Unlimited Wi-Fi.

This would provide a wonderful evening sanctuary for somebody working locally away from home during the week.

We are a friendly couple with a friendly dog (so you have to like hounds Lol).

References are important as this is our home we are sharing.....so proof of home address and work address.

We are ideally looking for mature professional.
