It includes a double bed with a memory-foam mattress, double wardrobe , a desk and a large chest of drawers; a TV could also be fitted. You will have full use of the house amenities which includes a new bathroom and kitchen; a sunny garden and wireless broadband. The house is a 3 minute walk from Marlow High Street and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Trains run to Maidenhead, then onto Reading and Paddington; it also has very easy access to the M4 and M40.
The rent is £550 per month Mon-Fri , £650 for a seven day week. Utility bills are included; little extras ie. washing liquid and toilet rolls to be shared .
I live in the house myself and would be very happy for you to join me for a drink in the garden at the end of a busy day. I have a great TV which you are welcome to watch at anytime. I am also someone that very much respects peoples privacy as I need a certain amount of that myself.
