The bright, modern room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe (not shown in image), 2 chests of drawers and a full length mirror. There is also additional storage space in the attic and shed if required. There is a shared bathroom with a shower/bath and a large south-west facing garden. You will have your own parking space on a private driveway.
All bills are included (TV licence, fast broadband, gas, electric, water, council tax). There is a washing machine, dishwasher and a big American fridge freezer with water filter. I also have a water softener installed in the house so your hair will thank you for it!
The house is on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, seconds away from beautiful countryside. It is also just 8 mins walk from the shops/restaurants on Marlow High Street.
