The person has to be a SUPER-CLEAN and TIDY, non-smoker, and RESPONSIBLE adult, who will look after her space, and cares about the environment.

I would appreciate someone who will respect and be more than willing to keep my home clean and tidy.

The apartment is very beautiful, immaculately clean and new, the location is great close to the shopping centre, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and to the train station.

The flat (kitchen, bathroom) are fully furnished. There is only one bathroom in the flat with a full-sized bath and toilet.

The Living room is not shared.

The rent includes all bills and the Cleaner’s fee.
