Here I have for rent a fully furnished double bedroom in my 2 bed apartment, with a large kitchen and lounge that are also furnished, in an excellent, quiet location with bills included.

Within just over a one mile radius is Westcroft District Centre, where you will find a Morrisons supermarket, petrol station, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, B&M, Aldi, Poundstretcher, and more! Also, one mile the other way you will find a Sainsbury's, post office, pharmacy etc. Milton Keynes Train Station is 2 miles away (6-10 minutes depending on traffic) and the City Centre is 3 miles away from the property - as I said... great location!

The property is always kept to an extremely high standard of cleanliness.

The room is of a great size and I have provided cupboards and a chest of draws. The main bathroom would mainly be your bathroom as the other room has an ensuite. There is one allocated parking space for the property. However, there are a number of visitor parking spaces next to my parking space, which you can use if they are available at the time, and you can also park anywhere around the streets of the apartment - there is a street opposite the apartment that seems to regularly have parking spaces available, and you would be able to see your car from the kitchen window.

A bit about myself: I am a Finance Analyst, gym and football freak, I play the piano at weddings and I am passionate about cooking. I spend my evenings and weekends cooking, relaxing in front of the TV, playing on the Playstation, practicing music on my piano or studying for my Accounting exams.

I am looking for people to move in who are clean and able to maintain cleanliness at all times as, even though I won’t be living in the property, I don’t want it to be treated badly. I don't mind you having friends over/get togethers as long as you maintain the cleanliness of the property and consider that there are other flats around you.


All bills are included, which includes unlimited fibre optic broadband/wifi, and Sky Q TV.
