Luxury ensuite room (All bills included)

We accept couples in this room. Due to lockdown we won't be renting the room till mid feb to keep everyone safe already in the house.
The room is spotless has a modern ensuite with rain shower , fully furnished to B&B standards with high end furnishings and
super comfy suede ottoman bed plus memory foam topper ( can also supply bedding ) triple mirrored wardrobe, desk/bureau, fridge & small marble kitchen top with tea/coffee making facilities. Dual aspect windows makes room bright & airy, plus sound proofing in all the upstairs walls gives more privacy.
Room available from Feb 2021 will upgrade ad mid Jan so we can be contacted.
Walking distance of Central Milton Keynes the Hub great night life and train station also close to a wood for jogging etc.
The shared home has all luxury fittings & furnishings and consists of 3 shared areas, living room with log burner, kitchen has a double oven, American fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, almost every gadget for a home chef. Adjoining the kitchen is a conservatory/dining room with doors that open onto the garden great social area in the summer.
There are 2 x gardens plenty of parking with some gated, undercover bike storage, 2 x washing machines, 1 x tumble dryer and also a drying room with dehumidifier so clothes can be hung in one room and not all over the house.
We are looking for clean, tidy and respectable tenants who are sociable yet considerate of others, as we take pride in the fact that it is a homely house with friendly tenants who enjoy varied interests and enjoy odd nights socialising together as well as their own privacy.
We installed a Nuair filtered air system this year which means we have constant fresh air going throughout the house which helps with allergies and viruses as well as stops mould forming making a healthier living atmosphere.
We travel alot in our motorhome and plan to be away alot once covid subsides we basically live in our motorhome fulltime and already rent a seperate annex with a super friendly couple who share the kitchen but there are 3 rooms upstairs 2 are single rooms with a male in one and a girl in the other, both very quiet and super friendly.
References and deposit of £600 required
To sum it up: if your looking for a clean well presented home with a family, friendly feel where you can also enjoy your own space yet have company in social areas, near to all the central hotspots but in a quiet safe area then this is the place for you.
