The room is located within a 4 bedroom townhouse in Monkston Park. The only other occupants are a young professional couple (us!) and our two little cats. Shared access to the kitchen and lounge areas. There is also a garden and garage which you can use. Nice peaceful area with lots of parking.

3 minutes walk to local shops and amenities. 15 minutes walk to the Open University.

We also have another spare room which we do not plan on renting next to the ensuite bedroom. If you wanted to use this as a personal lounge/office we can negotiate a very reasonable price upon viewing.

Available to couples for an additional £70 per month.
