New house mate can make use of the small garden and free parking space available outside the garage.
Happy to do a significant discount if one person takes both rooms.

Surrounding area (within a few minutes walk) has plenty of parks, large lake, pubs and local shops.
Tenancy deposit and 1 month's rent will be required on signing tenancy agreement and on moving in.
