I’m not looking to fill it with weirdos.

Unable to show everyone as demand is so high. So obviously no FaceTime viewers or friends coming to look.
Professionally run for over 20 years with council registration and weekly cleaner of communal area.

Would prefer single occupancy.
However would consider couple at only £50 extra per month.
