This is a small room for (a female only) however it’s very close to Fenny Stratford train station, lovely green spaces, the canal and comes with free allocated parking right in front of the property. The property is new and everything is of a high standard.

I’m a live in landlord who works all day and is usually away at the weekends, I’m looking for someone respectful and nice and this is just so I can be more comfortable financially. I cover all the bills.

Lovely but small garden, two lovely bathrooms (downstairs toilet and upstairs shower room/family room). The house is new and still being furnished/decorated so there is scope for input into how you would like your bedroom! Flexibility for painting etc
