The house is clean and smartly decorated with a homely feel and a resident lazy cat called Bertie.
The double bedroom comes furnished and includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and/or desk, broad band, TV and Skybox (Sports package extra)
Shared facilities include, kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, garden, hot tub (summer months) and parking on the drive.
Bed linen and towels available if required.
Rent inclusive of bills.
This property is ideally located close to the A5, M1, Milton Keynes mainline station and Central Milton Keynes for all your shopping and entertainment needs.
About me... single, gay (previously married with two grown children ) straight acting and sociable with a spare room to let to the right person. I am a practicing Naturist, I prefer to spend my time at home naked. Please be aware if considering this ad, if you are offended or uncomfortable with this, then it's not the room for you. About you .... clean, tidy, mature, respectful of others, their property and their space. I am more than happy for you to have friends/guests visit/stay so long as you are wholly responsible for them.
Whilst I am gay I don't have a preference regarding who lodges here, whether you're gay or straight it works just fine, a previous lodger (straight) stayed just short of 3 years and the last (gay) one, a year and a half before moving abroad to work, hence the room being available.
