The room is in north Milton Keynes, near the M1 and A5. Also very close to CMK shops and other amenities. It is fully furnished.
There is a large kitchen diner and spacious lounge, both of which are shared. The amenities included are gas, water, electric, council tax, sky TV and broadband.
The house is non smoking, although can smoke in the garden. I am looking to rent to a professional person, no couples, preferably 30-55 although will consider other ages.
Work and personal references will be taken.
24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit. We regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
