Security key coded entrance through the main door. This spacious room is on the second floor and, again has key coded entrance going in.
Included within the room is a unit to house a kettle, toaster & mini fridge and microwave.

There is a Jack & Jill bathroom suite adjacent to the room and, this is shared with one other male. (Our cleaner comes in once a week)

The property has a big Kitchen and dining room area for all to use and a separate utility and laundry room.

Grange farm is very close to the city centre - Only 10 mins bus ride
