Very Large double room near Train Station

Hello ,

We have a very large front floor bedroom in our 3 bed property in Wolverton , Milton Keynes.

The property is situated in the hip and trendy area off wolverton , an up and coming place where everything is at your doorstep, many off the best restaurants are now here in Wolverton and things keep getting better here .

The train station is a 5 minute walk and is on the Milton Keynes central line.

The bus station is a 3 minute walk and covers all areas .

Taxis are 5 pounds to Central Milton Keynes.

The house is available as from this Friday as the current lodger leaves then and we will be having the house cleaned by a local company then.

The house share is for a person who likes there own space , who dosnt mind the odd conversation and who cares about the community .

The house comes with a downstairs toilet and sink , upstars bathroom with shower and bath , living room , dining room and kitchen with washing machine all as communal . The kitchen has all the tools required for cooking for one or if you prefer 6 off your friends.

There is broadband access here which streams at a rate off 22mps which is good , there is no tv and would prefer someone who dosnt want to have a party or play electric guitar at 2 in the morning .

The room we have for rent is clean , furnished and warm , the space is big in all dimensions.

Pets are welcome .
