I have a spare double room available in a 2 bedroom Bungalow in a great location just outside Princes Risborough High Street.

Room is a good size with plenty of natural light and comes with a bed, temporary wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will also have shared use of the lounge which opens out into the amazing garden. I also have access to Netflix, Amazon, Sky Movies and Sky Sports/BT Sports if thats your thing!

Big open kitchen which overlooks into the garden, dining area with table and chairs and a TV which is also connected to streaming apps.

Toilet with a great shower to wash away even the worst of hangovers, no bath unfortunately!

2 minutes walk to PR High Street
5 minute walk to Tesco
15 minute walk Princes Risborough Station (45 minutes to London)

There is also a driveway for parking and a garage and loft for any extra storage you may need.

I am 28 years old male, working as Ops Manager in Naphill, High Wycombe.
Very laid back and looking for someone likewise, who doesn't mind doing their fair share of the cleaning.
Enjoy binging shows & movies during the week after work, cooking or going out with friends/family, so you will at times at the house to yourself. Weekends you will usually find me out and about round the country or in London.

Must be ok with dogs as I do occasionally look after or have visits with my parents’ dog... small, hypoallergenic (if allergic) and very friendly.
