Single room in pleasant rural location

Newly decorated single room on outskirts of village, but still within easy reach of Thame, Oxford, Aylesbury or London for commuting. Regular reliable bus service approx third of a mile.
Parking on site by arrangement. Plenty of on-street parking.
Looking for a quiet respectful lodger. Welcome to share facilities, obviously. We are an easy going couple with our larger (en-suite) room let to a mature lady (I’d guess in her late 50’s) who has access to kitchen and washing machine, but frankly we see little of her. She has been here over 2 years.
Our new lodger would live here in a happy home. We are quiet people, very much radio 4 and ‘Daily Telegraph’ subscribers, so I would politely suggest that if you are into loud raves or ‘drill’ music possibly not the accomodation you would be happy with.
We live in a 5 bed bungalow. The sitting room, dining area, kitchen, utility, bath and shower room all available. We have broadband, but not ‘sky’ or any other subscription tv services. Mobile reception is ok.
