Large double room in Stony Stratford

The living room looks different now, but you get an idea of size.

1 decent sized double bedroom, 5 minutes away from Stony Stratford high street.

There is one bathroom and 1 additional WC, plus a galley kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), large garden, and a large lounge (Large TV, 2 leather sofas) and conservatory (large sofa and table) to share as communal areas.

All bills included in the price i. e. electric, water, Netflix, Broadband etc.
There's a heated, enclosed, clothes drying rack which is really useful in the winter.

You would be living with a couple (including me the landlord). We are quite relaxed, liberal, international and easy-going, open and gay-friendly!

Both in professional jobs in the local area. We are respectful and friendly, happy to chat and have a meal, drink together, but we also like our own space.
The house is quite quiet really, but we are social and every now and again, we like to have a few friends over for dinner and drinks.

The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and a desk. I can change things around if needed too, I'm flexible. There is only street parking but there is usually space very nearby. There is space in the shed to store a bike safely too.

The street itself is a cul-de-sac and is fairly quiet, mostly families and elderly neighbours.

Would consider short lets, and Mon-Fri lets, as well as someone with a pet already (although we do not have a pet now, we may in the near future so pet friendly preferable).
