Hello,

I am looking for 1 person to rent a double bedroom within my 3 bedroom detached house. I will continue to be living in the house as well, so a total of 2 persons within the house including me.

I am looking for this new person to move in from mid October/November 2022 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months.

The additional third spare room is for any guests who want to visit us. This spare room, when not being used also doubles up as an additional lounge as it has a sofa bed and TV which you can use if you want some more privacy.

The house is a large 3 bedroom detached house in a quiet, beautiful village location.

The house is cleaned professionally every 3 weeks.

The whole house is fully furnished throughout and is a very homely place to be.

There is one large bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room with table and chairs.

The lounge is enormous, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, with three sofas, large TV and a log burner for winter evenings.

There is off road driveway parking for 3 vehicles.

The garden is a good size, it is south facing and not overlooked at all. The grass is well maintained with ample outside seating on the raised decking.

There is a large shed and storage in the garden if you need to store anything safely.

Tingewick is 2 miles from Buckingham town centre and has good links to the M40, M1 and within 10 minutes of Bicester train station.

Rent is £750 per month. All bills are included in the rent; gas, electric, water, council tax, tv license, sky, internet etc.

I am looking for male or female student or working professional to move in around October/November time. I can be flexible with moving dates and length of contracts. I want someone that is; easy to get on with, tidy and happy to socialise.

I am a working professional in a very trust worthy profession. I work; days, lates and nights so would want someone to be considerate of this. I enjoy making use of my days off by seeing friends, family or travelling.

I have 50% ownership of 2 dogs. They are very friendly whippets, calm and love sleeping all day! They do not smell, they are very well behaved and are great fun to have around. They will not permanently be living in the house with me, but they will be there some of the time. The future tenant would need to be happy with dogs being around from time to time and not mind keeping an eye on them from time to time whilst I’m at work.

With this in mind, I would welcome a future house mate that wants to bring their dog. The house is very dog friendly and I appreciate how important dogs are.
