I have 3 generous sized single bed rooms to rent: at £175pw (regardless of your length of stay per week)* per room** You'll be staying in luxury accommodation (set in 1/3 of an acre) with rooms set to a high standard.

WiFi - super fast, fibre to fibre

Sky in lounge, free view in rooms

Gas central heating

Shared lounge with owner

Off street parking (at your own risk)

Separate bathroom/wc to owner (shared with guests)

Hospitality trays in room, refreshed daily (included in price)

Towels washed daily and bedding changed fortnightly (included in price)

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer at my disposal, for which I charge £10per load (that’s using both, not a separate charge for each) for doing your washing - however, ironing is extra

Use of microwave (in kitchen)

Within walking distance to shops and town centre

Very quiet street

House rules:

:No smoking in rooms, but can smoke in lounge (however e cigs okay in rooms)

:No drug taking unless medically required to do so

:No drunkenness

:No disturbing my neighbours

:No pets - however I do have a cat (who is well behaved)

:No uninvited guests - over night or otherwise

: keep the rooms in good order

Respect me and I will respect you

I need to feel safe in my own house

2 of the rooms have a television, will be getting another tv soon.

The security deposit will be returned, if no damage is done


I have asked for references, that can be negotiated
