Space to share in awesome farmhouse

We live in a beautiful ex farmhouse and have space to share. We have filled three of the spare bedrooms and we have another large double bedroom available. It has a double bed with a good mattress, wardrobe and drawers. We have two shared bathrooms so there's no fighting over the shower!

The current residents are graduates who enjoy TV, films, music, cooking and hanging out together. They would welcome a cat!

The rest of the house is spacious and comfortable, with a big farmhouse kitchen and three reception rooms, so there is plenty of room to spread out. You can even use a downstairs room as an office if you want to.

Outside there's lots of parking, a workshop, and two large gardens. We like growing veg and fruit, having barbecues and soaking in the hot tub!

Babraham is a beautiful, peaceful little village with brilliant walks. We are close to good bus and cycle routes into Cambridge, and a short drive or cycle to Sawston which has a good range of shops.

We are looking for somebody to be a good friend and a companionable, clean and tidy housemate, probably female although we would consider a man. The house is actually up for sale but we expect it to take at least 3-6 months to sell, if not longer. Although this probably won't be your forever home it is an amazing opportunity to stay somewhere really special for a little while.
